One group I am involved in through my work at the cat shelter is Alley Cat Allies. They set up a very cool Anti-Cruelty Resource Center that covers law and policy regarding animal cruelty and what's going on in neighborhoods across the country.
I just found it really interesting and thought I would share the link.
